Service Description

This is a non-medical, educational service for individuals who want assistance requesting wellness laboratory testing, along with post testing virtual follow up. During the initial 30- min session we will discuss your general wellness goals and type of lab information you are seeking. Commonly requested lab panels will be discussed and assistance with ordering labs will be provided.. Once your labs are completed, we will schedule a post lab consult in which general education about your lab outcomes will be discussed. This information is for educational purposes and is not a medical interpretation or diagnosis. Labs outcomes will also be delivered electronically through our HIPPA-compliant portal .
