​With over 20 years experience in healthcare, including more than a decade in clinical practice as a registered nurse and family nurse practitioner, I've had the privilege of supporting people at many stages of their health journey. Through this work, I discovered my true purpose; helping individuals make meaningful, sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to fuller, healthier lives.

I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, trained through the Mayo Clinic and the Nutritious Life Program .I am also  certified in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, with advanced training  in post-operative care- primarily cosmetic (breast augmentation, liposuction, BBLs).  ​​
